The Elders
Celtic Rockers
Celtic Rockers "The Elders"...An Indie band with musical roots in Americana & Celtic rock meshing styles, textures & soaring vocals with vibrant narratives that explore history & life.
The Elders remain one of the top Celtic-rock bands in the U-S after more than two decades because of their timeless sound. Their fans feel connected to the band because of their passion, great melodies, unique harmonies, unparalleled musicianship and strong songwriting.
The band just released their 10th studio album "The Spirits and The Sea" on August 7, 2026. The five song EP is a travelogue of the heart.
“Well Alright Then”, their 9th studio album was released on April 29, 2022, was conceived after the band retired and the country experienced a lockdown. During that time the band continued to meet, write, and sing, but never intended to record. “Well Alright Then”, delivers the unique story-telling the band is known for----stories of love, loyalty and Irish feistiness.
From an Emmy-Award Winning DVD, to an induction into the Kansas Music Hall of Fame and a PBS concert televised across the U-S, The Elders are still going strong after nearly thirty years, because of their powerful, personal and musical chemistry.
Reviewed in numerous publications such as PASTE Magazine, Folk & Acoustic Music Exchange, Music Row Magazine, Goldmine Magazine, TRAD Magazine (France), Chicago Sun-Times, The Kansas City Star and more, the band still remains a recognizable music force.
